1. No one wasted any time. They arrived and went straight to work and finished in a very short time.
2. The entire crew had a great attitude and CAN DO – GET IT DONE moral.
3. Jeremy, your foreman, was professional, courteous and knew exactly how to manage the job.
4. Jeremy answered all of my questions and kept me fully informed.
5. They left my home, lawn and landscape in perfect condition.

After having several bad experiences with contractors and roofers, it pleases me to inform you of the pleasant experience I had with your company. I took on the challenge of learning as much as I could about foundation repairs. As I interviewed with many, many foundation companies, your company impressed me the most. It started with Monty Collins, a very knowledgeable man. By the time I got to visit with Monty, I had just about made up my mind that steel piers were the best for our house. Your company offered all three kinds of piers. I liked having the option of selecting one, not having to take what a company offered. Monty suggested the steel. He was very professional in his presentation. There were two things that Monty did that influenced my decision to go with Power Jack. The first was the follow up call several days after his proposal. No other company did that. My final decision was made when he allowed me to see the steel piers, verses piled piers. It was the visual, touch and feel that sold me.

The day of the repair also went great. Needless to say, I was nervous. The crew, supervised by Genero, was prompt and eager to work. Before they even had the truck stopped and parked, the crew had shovels in their hands. They wasted no time in digging the holes for the piers. By lunchtime, they had the holes dug and several of the piers in place. I was impressed by the way the crew worked together, never a still moment, and enjoying their work. The house was completed by 5pm. I watched most of the day. The crew was eager to please me when I had a concern or even answering my questions.

I was also impressed with your office staff. I called several times for various reasons and always talked with Rhonda. She was courteous, pleasant and very helpful. I was very pleased with the whole experience concerning my foundation repair. Everything was completed as agreed and in a timely manner. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Power Jack for foundation repairs.

I am very pleased with the service, professionalism, and kindness, of your staff. The work was done on time and at the quoted price.

I especially wish to recognize Steven Lux. He helped us resolve conflicting reports concerning under - slab leaks at our residence. Had he not properly determined that we had leaks under our slab, and defended his determination against conflicting reports from two other plumbers, I would have faced enormous costs I would have had to cover.

My wife and I recently recommended your company to a friend. Your sales agent, Marian Fisher inspected our friend & #8217;s residence and determined that no repair to the foundation was necessary at this time.She even recommended some preventative landscaping changes that could be made to protect the foundation.

These experiences demonstrated to me the quality of your company. I congratulate you on building such a fine group of people to represent you. My wife and I will continue to recommend your company to our friends and neighbors.

Now that the work has been completed we know that we made the right choice in going with your company for our needs.

With all the estimates we received were right in line we felt very comfortable with your Mr. Roy Morrison’s explanation of what our needs were.

I would especially give my thanks to your Job Forman Mr. Gerald Argunantz as I was fascinated by the workings of his crew. He took exceptional time in explaining to a lay man just what was going on.

The craftsmanship and care you all exercised was apparent and appreciated. My wife and I were prepared to deal with much less than you delivered, but what we got instead was a pleasant surprise. When we got the bids Power Jack was not the least expensive. We were convinced to go with you based on knowledge, professionalism, years in business and thoroughness of the job. And of course, the lifetime warranty. Also, your method – truly taking piers all the way to the bedrock convinced us that we’d be spending our money once and for all on foundation repair.

You certainly lived up to our expectations. It has been said that the mark of a great company is how they handle themselves when things go wrong. When it was discovered that the additional piers were needed to do the job right, Power Jack responded in such a way that we are customers for life. The additional piers were added at no extra cost to us. The decision to provide them was supported by the very top of the company.

My husband and I own a few rental hoses and any foundation work will be done by Power Jack. Please feel free to use me as a reference for your potential customers.
